The room was nice, had a mini fridge, and a cot. It was convenient to park my car underground. They also provided coffee/tea makers and refrigerators 🌟.

Well, it was a really great stay in service during our stay. We enjoyed the exceptionally comfortable bed and the deluxe queen room. Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was wonderful. The hotel had a great restaurant for breakfast.

The customer service here is exceptional, with convenient underground parking, spacious rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms.

The hotel is located in an incredible and dynamic area, with easy access to a sandwich shop and various services. It is just a short walk away from a public square, making the location particularly good. - the staff members, especially the room service waiter, were excellent.

Upscale shopping hotel, particularly good views of the downtown. Efficiency of the staff. Impressive & absolutely perfect room. Heated pool, parking under ground. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Great location just a pleasant stroll away from a multi-use indoor arena. Great area. Nice restaurant for LOVELY meal.

Breakfast was not great considering the restaurants in building but bed was good

Perfect location - just a stone's throw away from the Art Gallery, downtown attractions, and Rogers Place, making it super convenient to walk to. 🌟 Grab a cup of tea or coffee at the nearby Starbucks for a quick pick-me-up.

Decent room stocked with a safe, TV, and fridge for keeping my drinks cold 😊. However, the views weren't great.

The staff were very helpful. We were at the hotel only for 1 night, on the way to Rocky Mountains, and they gave us many advices and tips about the trip and so about what we could see in the city in one holiday afternoon. The hotel is very comfortable. Unfortunately we were there in a holiday and because of this all shops and almost all restaurants were closed. But we could see that there are plenty of shops around. The hotel is in downtown, so it's perfect for those wo are in town for business.

The room is very comfortable, although it was a little dusty.....but the bathroom was very clean, and so the linens.

It was close to two malls, a cab was always easy to get and was never more than $13 to get anywhere including rexall place and white ave, also very nice restaraunts close by

The only thing i had a problem with was the sheets were very scratchy and made my skin very sensitive, everything else was great

Fantastic very central location just off the downtown core, river valley, university and Rogers as well as the Chop restaurant.
